The first step will be filling in a contact form. Please be sure to provide us with a detailed project description, and attach a few images for reference that will help us get an idea of your taste. We will contact you via email after we have received and reviewed your form.

After your order is placed you will get a confirmation email. We will send you another email within 24 hours (if there is a high demand, it might take a bit longer) in case we have any questions. We will use your provided information to create a preview of the cover and will send it to you for confirmation. Once you are satisfied with the outline of the cover, you will receive a downloadable link with the final version of your design.

A pre-made cover is usually made within 48 hours, while our custom covers are created within 10 days. In both cases time will vary depending on the complexity of the project, and whether you want to add changes to the cover after it has been prepared.

Yes, the colour of the cover art can be changed. For more complex requests, a minimal fee may apply.

This depends on what kind of change you want in your design. Certain changes in font, content alignment or addition/ removal of elements can be made to some pre-made designs. You can contact us to find out if the design you chose can be modified or order a completely customized design.

Yes, after purchasing the design you will be the sole owner of it. However, we might use it in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

You will get a Minimum of 3000 x 3000px, 300dpi, JPEG, PNG Files, and the PSD source file if needed. The image files are compatible with iTunes, Spotify, Google Music, and many other platforms.

If you are still not sure about the name of your song or album, you can always get a blank design and add the title later, or you can reserve a design you like from our gallery.

You can request a refund in case of any technical problem related to the transaction. However, as a supplier of exclusive digital products, we cannot issue refunds for successfully received orders. Once you purchase a design, it is automatically removed from the stock on our website. By placing it back to stock we risk our reliability as an authentic design provider, as it may look that we are selling the same product more than once.
